Appointments

For your convenience I recommend scheduling your appointment before you leave the salon.  I offer courtesy calls to help remind you of your scheduled appointment time.  If, for any reason, you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please call 24 hours before your scheduled visit. 

Safety and Comfort

To protect your clothing I recommend you change into a color gown or Strong Styles t-shirt.

Cell Phone Use

I want each visit to be a relaxing one.  I ask that you please keep cell phones on vibrate or silent and keep conversations to a minimum.

Children

Children are welcome by appointment only.

Latex

Latex gloves are worn when performing chemical services.  Please tell me if you have an allergy to latex.

Medications

Certain medications can affect the results of many chemical services.  Please let me know what medications you are on or any changes in your medication.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates can be purchased in any denomination for service or products. 
Gift Certificates are non refundable.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in your service or gift certificates and are left to the discretion of the guest.
